We would like to introduce a custom-made case requested by a company specializing in airsoft items. We created a paper box wrapped in black paper on black board, along with polyurethane used as cushioning material inside the box, and a paper sleeve featuring a foil-stamped logo. In this case, the customer was flexible and acted quickly while maintaining their preferences, which ultimately allowed us to create a package that incorporated all of their desired elements. We would like to introduce a custom-made case received from an electronic cigarette specialty store. This request was for a package to hold electronic cigarette equipment, made from materials including a pasted box, urethane, and a paper sleeve. Typically, a pasted box is used like a bento box, with the lid covering the body. However, in this case, we created only the body without a lid, and a sleeve is placed over it, allowing it to slide open and closed. We would like to introduce a case where we produced a "package for dice." This was a request for packaging dice to be sold at an upcoming event, and the shape of the box is a pillbox style. The internal dimensions are 92×88×32mm. In designing the cushioning material, it was necessary to fit both 10-sided and 6-sided dice into a single package, so we confirmed the layout design with the customer, leading to prototyping and mass production. We would like to introduce a case study of the "GPS Device Package" we produced. We received a request from a company that operates a motorcycle-specific garage to create a package for a theft prevention GPS device. The feature is a film-covered window opened on the box lid.
